How we handle the small amount of information you send us. Written in ordinary language, for people who train here or are thinking about it.
What we collect through the form
The contact form on this site asks for your name, e-mail address, an optional phone number, a short note about what you are after, and a message. We also record the time you opened the form, which we use only to slow down automated submissions. A hidden field is there to catch bots; humans should leave it blank. We do not ask for date of birth, identity numbers, or payment details through the website.
If you telephone or e-mail us instead, we will have whatever you chose to send: typically a name, a number, and the reason you called. We treat that the same way we treat a form note.
Why we use it
We use the message to reply to you and to book an intro session if that is what you asked for. The message is used to reply to you and is not written to any database on the server. Once we have answered, the note lives in the ordinary e-mail we used to reply, on the same basis as any other correspondence with the collective.
If you then train with us, we keep a training journal: loads, session dates, and the practical things you tell us about sleep, travel or a clinician’s note. That journal is for coaching. It is not used for marketing, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Form notes that do not become a booking are deleted from our mailboxes within twelve months, unless we still need them to finish a conversation you started. Training journals are kept for as long as you train with us and for up to twenty-four months after your last session, so that a return is not a blank page. Receipts for packs follow ordinary accounting practice in Singapore and are kept for the period the law requires of us.
What we do not pass on
We do not sell your details. We do not pass form notes or training journals to advertisers, lead brokers or “partners” who would write to you. The people who see your information are the floor team who need it to coach or to reply, and the host who keeps this website online. If a clinician you have named writes to us, we will share training notes with them only to the extent it helps the work, and only with your say-so.
Asking us to delete a note
Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want removed. We will delete the correspondence we hold and, if you have a journal, we will remove it or give you a copy first if you ask. We may retain a thin record that a booking existed where we are required to keep accounts. We will confirm by e-mail when the deletion is done, usually within ten working days.
Hosting
This website is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore. The host can see ordinary server logs (for example, that a page was requested) which we do not use to profile you. We opened in 2026 and we have not built a separate marketing stack on top of the site. Payment, when you buy a pack, happens by PayNow or by card at the desk, not through a hidden checkout on this page.
Cookies
The only cookie we set ourselves is a small technical flag, mmfb_consent, used to remember whether you accepted or declined the banner. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies unless you have agreed. The detail sits on the cookies page.
